The establishment of Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ's construction back out of the project. Bé̄kīsh Cú̄tḩlär 'Alyssa Pumpkin' Mp̪fé̄sh Yoīsh Jóoī pushed on reguardles, and Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt flagstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The exceptionaly well made fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A look around Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ shows Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The city has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ lost 123 people, 202 livestock, and 45 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 91, when members of Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ's militia enacted an operation to destroy a particular ruin. The operation was complicated by torrential rains which turned the ground into deep mud. The conflict ended with the defense of the ruin against a siege, which ended in victory for Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Hûkero Màbæ Kâchyâ's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
